Squeeze Page
Am I correct in saying that? If you know what squeeze page is, then no doubt you are an internet marketer. For the sake of those people who don’t know what a squeeze page is, let me just explain briefly. A squeeze page is basically a simply web page whose one and only purpose is to build a list of leads or prospects. You build a list of leads by asking visitors who arrive on your squeeze page to give you their email address. Not so easy right? With spam complaints rising to an alarming level these days, people are getting more and more wary of giving away their email address. They want to guard their email address carefully to prevent receiving yet more spam emails. So what’s a marketer got to do to persuade and convince visitors to give away their email? You do that by bribing them with a valuable freebie offer related to your market. To get this freebie offer, they have to enter their email into the form on your squeeze page, and you’ll deliver the freebie via email to them. For example, suppose you are in the dating market. To entice visitors to give you their email, you could offer them a free report that reveals 10 mistakes most guys make when trying to land themselves a date. Guys who are in desperate need of a date will most likely give you their email address to get your report. Not of all visitors will give you their email, but a certain portion will. The bigger this portion is, the higher the number of your leads/prospects. You can then follow up with these leads to sell them your main offer, which is your product or an affiliate product. So what this means is that: The higher your squeeze page conversion (the percentage of visitors giving you their email) = The more money you generally make.
