I find myself running into the habit of working all the time and not getting much done. Another great book on this subject is "Eat that Frog", which talks about tackling the 1 thing that would make the biggest positive impact to your business as the first task in a day. Too many times we end up filling our days with checking email and completing administrative tasks and find we didn't get that 1 thing completed that would really impact our business.
