		<description>Great post! I couldn&#039;t agree more. In this day and age it is all about instant results, but more often than not it is instant failure because of lack of preparation. People need to be willing to experiment and take their time. On the first Model T Henry Ford didn&#039;t even have reverse. Take the time to learn from what you did and prepare for the next round. Keep up the great work!</description>
