How To Build A $20,000/Month Business

lee mcintyre

Generating $20,000/month from your online business the Lee McIntyre way.

Does that interest and excite you?

I’m pretty sure it does, even if you don’t know who Lee McIntyre is…

But what if you can generate $20,000/month for only 1 month? Not too excited now right?

How about generating it consistently month in and month out?

Makes You Salivate Doesn’t It?

There Are Many Ways

There are many ways to generate $20,000/month, and I’m not going to list all of them here. Fact is, I don’t know every single method out there, and I don’t intend to know either.

You only need 1 (ONE) method of achieving that.

The same goes for whatever you are trying to achieve. You only need 1 (ONE) method. Why make your life complicated by trying to learn all the different methods when one method works out for you?

Even though there are many ways to reach Rome, you don’t need to know and follow all of them. They all lead to the same outcome – which is $20,000/month. Rather than trying many different ways SIMULTANEOUSLY that lead to the SAME outcome, you’d be better off tweaking and improving your existing business.

To better illustrate my point, let’s use some examples.

Suppose you decided that you want to generate $20,000/month by creating and selling digital info products. So you spent 1 month creating the product and packaging it, getting ready for sale.

Then not long after you’ve launched your product, you come across this course that teaches you how to generate online income via review sites that promote other people’s products. You’re sold on the idea and decided to “try out” this model.

Now you don’t have time for your digital info business because the review site business requires a lot of time and attention from you.

The FATAL FLAW with this kind of approach is that you are always chasing after different methods of generating income, otherwise commonly known as hopping from one biz opportunity to the next. Most people never succeed online because of this reason.

What would be a much better approach is to put your efforts and time into your initial digital info business and focus on that ONE method instead of trying to do too much simultaneously.

Generate visitors to your site. Improve your metrics like squeeze conversion, sales conversion, and create additional products that increase in price and value to be sold in the backend where real profits are made.

Cultivate TRUSTING relationships with your audience (both buyers and freebie seekers). You never know when your freebie seekers are going to buy your offers, so you need to include them into the equation.

Even though I’m not at the $20,000/month income level just yet, I’m working hard and smart towards it.

I Learned From An Expert Teacher

In February 2008 I signed up for one-on-one mentoring program with UK Marketer Lee McIntyre. I’m sure you know who he is. He is currently earning more than $100,000/month from his online business. To make a long story short, because of his teachings in the mentoring program and also from his other courses, I’m able to achieve what I have achieved today.

Suffice to say I couldn’t be where I am today without his teachings.

In fact, just this past month (October 2010), my online business generated $10,000, as you can see below (for obvious reasons, I don’t get to keep all of that since I have expenses to pay):

(…bear in mind the last time I launched a new product was 6 months ago in May 2010 – meaning I still was able to generate $10,000 in October 2010 without any new product or participating in the online product launches crazy circus)

There are a lot of marketers and gurus who earn more than $100,000/month, but not everyone can teach like Lee does. In my opinion, he just has this innate ability of passing his knowledge to others.

Here Is What’s Different About Lee McIntyre Compared To Other Marketers/Gurus:

1. His ability to teach and convey messages CLEARLY so that you don’t need to need to second guess what he is saying

2. His HONEST approach to teaching and telling it like it is without the usual BS (Read: running an online business is so easy even grandmas can do it; you only need to click a few buttons and you’ll be ready to collect cash; you can start to see money rushing into your bank account in 2 hours from now, bla bla bla)

3. His INTEGRITY by providing REAL value to his students instead of hammering you every single day about the next big launch product that you need to buy

4. His methods are “upside down and inside out” – meaning they are the complete POLAR OPPOSITE of what the gurus teach

Interested In Your Money Only OR Interested In Both Your Success And Money?

The gurus are ONLY interested in your money. Lee is interested in your success AND money. Can you see the difference there?

There I’ve said it. Yes Lee (and every other marketer out there, including me) is interested in your money; otherwise all of us wouldn’t be in this business, and it wouldn’t be called a business anyway – it’ll be a non-profit organization.

But Lee (and me of course ) are ALSO interested in your success. Because if we can help you to be successful, you are going to buy more of our products and help spread the word about us right?

If you’re keen on learning how to attain a $20,000/month income from your online business, then Lee’s training course Instant Internet Lifestyle is for you.

I’ve personally reviewed this and I have to say this is one of the best courses out there that teaches you the RIGHT way to BUILD and MAINTAIN a LONG-TERM online business that is sustainable (not just a get-rich-quick scheme that other gurus are promising).

The good news is you can get it at less than the price of a two-person meal. The bad news is that you need to put in hard work and effort, as well as dedication to make this work.

ANY significant real results you want to achieve require that you put in hard work and dedication, at least in the early stages. Don’t let other people fool you by making you think otherwise.

Remember, There Is No Fly-By-Night Success!

If you want a push-button magic so-called “solution” that all the other gurus are promising in their sales letter, then this is NOT for you. Buy the gurus’ courses instead and you’ll be failing faster than ever.

Click here to get Lee McIntyre’s course at less than the price of a two-person meal. It will teach you the RIGHT way to build a $20,000/month LONG-TERM business.

Another thing that I would add to that is to focus on your strengths; don’t try to be a “jack of all trades.”

When I first started I would literally jump at every method and way of doing things, and try to master everything from graphic design, to web content, to SEO and marketing. What I didn’t realize was this was spreading me very thin.

When I really started to make a bit of money, I realized that I should outsource things I was not good at (graphic design) and focus on doing things that I was really good at (content and marketing). This allowed me to become a master at one thing, rather than mediocre at several things.

Lee’s a great guy. I know from old warrior forum archives that he was a school teacher starting out. Now he’s crushing with 6 figures a month.

That’s the kind I love to learn from. Plus, he can naturally teach.

I bought the course cause of you 1 year ago, and now I’d love to contribute with a quick review of this course. It’s seminar content that will take your business to a whole new level. It’s a very solid investment in your business.

I agree with you. Making a successful business needs time and effort, and focus on it. Focusing on one thing will let you see everything and what to do to improve it. Sometimes, even the smallest things matter.

I definitely agree with just choosing 1 business opportunity and pursuing it.

All to often I see, even in myself, that this failure comes from trying to do too many things at once.

Instead, create 1 awesome business in 1 market.

Nice site, I couldn’t have put it better my self. As Lee’s Senior Consultant, I try to find people for Lee to work his magic with and enable them to enjoy the same level of success you are! Well done and keep up the great work! Another ambassador for Lee and all of us here at! :)

Your “FATAL FLAW” point hit right on the money with a close friend of mine. This is an important point that you address that people looking to make income overlook.

    Hi Welly,

I liked your post – and the ‘pretty ball syndrome’ (not focusing on single method) is the biggest reason for failure.

I’m not at the $10K per month level yet so I think I’ll see what Lee’s course is about. Now though I only buy products directly related to my internet business…

Our business is also concerned with wealth generation as a second income. People can have so much fun in the process, it really doesn’t have to feel like work at all!

This report is so interesting … thanks for sharing the valuable insights you have gained through your relationship with Lee.

It’s obvious, any business has to make money … but there is more than enough of it to go around, I’d say!

Lee is a master at teaching the short cuts to creating your own products, marketing them through JV’s and other affiliate relations. I am amazed to see how much you learned from Lee and how much of your own hard work went into creating your own business … congratulations!

The text described exactly what have been hapenning to me and on my online businness. Currently I were trying to work , at the same time, on 3 different projects.

But just realized if I focus my efforts at one at a time the leverage i can get from the ones working out on the others will make my job 10x easier.

So instead of going really focused on 3 ongoing projects and have all 3 going slow I decided to focus a lot on one and then let this one help the others later down the road.

Lets see how this works out now :)

I’d by happy just to make $20,000 a *year* online, LOL! Or $10,000. But I can see the importance of focusing on one thing and working at it until it builds, rather than trying lots of things and abandoning them if they don’t work out immediately.

Thanks for your good tips and recommendation, Welly. If grandma can do it, I’m pretty sure we’ll be able to do it too. Then I must hit Lee’s button to see his “Instant Internet Lifestyle”.

Great post Welly and congrats on your success!

I just bought your squeeze page package today, mainly for the extras to jazz up my sales pages funnily enough, and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with it. There’s one thing missing from the Viral Buttons though… a share on Facebook one. That would be a very useful addition ;-)

    • Welly on November 9, 2010

      Thanks for your purchase Lesley!

Ahhh Facebook viral button eh? Been thinking about that and have a plan to include that in a future update :)

      • Lesley-Ann Graham on November 9, 2010

        Cool, thanks Welly :)

I don’t suppose you know what handwriting font you use on your main page of the site do you? I’ve got a couple and am looking for others now, but it would save me a bit of time and effort trying to find something similar if you could tell me.

        Thanks again,
